Please note:  Tuesday Feb. 24 is the final day of Mardi Gras.  The city of New Orleans is expected to be quite busy with celebrations throughout the day and into evening.  As a result, it is strongly suggested that attendees travel on either Monday Feb. 23 or Weds. Feb. 25 to avoid difficulties traveling into the downtown area and accessing the hotel on Tuesday.

The first official delegate function is the EXPO Opening, which is scheduled to take place Thursday, Feb. 26 at 4 p.m.

Please consult with your chapter, council and club leadership to determine your best travel options.

Air Travel and Hotel Reservations:

Attendees are encouraged to begin making travel plans now in order to secure the best airfare.  Travel arrangements are by individual choice.  The Hilton New Orleans Riverside is now taking room reservations by phone and on-line.

Delegate-only registration for the 2009 Annual Meeting has been extened to Dec. 23.   General registration will follow, from Dec. 29 to Jan. 12.  Log-in and password information for general registration will be available on Dec. 29.
